Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Novara Eyewear sunglasses. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

Contact us at novaraeyewearau@gmail.com to initiate a return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, sunglasses that show signs of wear or have been used cannot be returned.
