Novara Eyewear is a curated collection of sunglasses designed for elevated everyday wear. From OG classics to the latest trends, Novara aims to provide the best in modern quality and design.

The brand was founded and is run by professional Australian optometrists meaning you get not only the latest fashion but also the highest quality in frames and lenses. 

Where are you based?

Although inspired by European design, we are a proudly Australian owned and operated business. All of our stock is local to Australia and ships out from our warehouses in Australia upon order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days ($9.95)
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($14.95)

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $80.

Please note we strive to process your order and get it out the door as soon as possible but processing time can sometimes take 1-2 business days before your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally but stay tuned for further updates!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our shipping carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

How do exchanges work?

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different style or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.

Are your sunglasses UV protected?

Yes! All Novara Eyewear sunglasses feature UV400 protection, blocking 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays.

How do I care for my sunglasses?

Clean your lenses with the provided microfiber cloth and store your sunglasses in their protective case when not in use. Avoid using harsh chemicals or paper towels, which can scratch the lenses.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.
